Rules for the “Snap, Share, Check In” activity for a chance to win AirPods 3rd Generation

Participation Rules

1. Participants must use their own Facebook account to join the activity only.
2. Participants must take a photo inside a REAL ASSET project, add #RealAsset #NeverAgain #RealAssetNeverAgain, and set the post to public.
3. The committee will select 1 participant who correctly and completely follows all activity rules to receive 1 prize of AirPods 3rd Generation worth 6,790 baht.*
4. The activity period is from November 16 - 30, 2022, with likes counted at 6:00 p.m.

Result Announcement Details

1. The winner’s name will be announced on Facebook Real Asset by December 2, 2022.
2. The decision of the committee is final, with no disputes of any kind.
3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to others.
4. The winner must contact to confirm their right by sending their full name according to their ID card, address, phone number, and a copy of their ID card with a signature certifying the copy as correct, together with the statement:

“Certified true copy for receiving a prize from REAL ASSET Development Co., Ltd.”

Send it via Facebook Real Asset Message by December 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.

5. The team will contact the winner afterward and provide details for receiving the prize.
6. The winner must receive the prize within 15 business days after confirming the right to receive the prize.
7. The winner must pay withholding tax of 5% of the prize value received, paid in cash on the day of receiving the prize, together with a certified true copy of their ID card. If the winner cannot receive the prize in person, they may authorize another person to receive it on their behalf. A power of attorney with complete and correct wording must be provided, together with copies of ID cards of both the authorizer and the authorized person.
