Rent to Buy Program with Furniture Package
This program allows customers to convert 100% of their rental payments into a down payment. For those who are not yet ready to purchase or have insufficient income, they can apply to rent a house or condominium first. Rental starts from only 4,900 baht per month, with a maximum contract period of 2 years for ready-to-move-in projects. During this time, customers can prepare their financial readiness before reapplying for a loan. Once the loan is approved, all rental payments will be converted into the down payment.
